Why doesn't Google ban Yodle?
Web design & SEO - So Yodle is really a local marketing company located in New york using one of their main offices located in Charlotte. They advertise, prospecting packages, local search exposure and becoming you leads in substitution for signing a legal contract together.
Inturn it seems you receive the following.
• Local submission to Places and Yahoo local etc.
• Google places page associated with your website.
• They're buying a keyword domain for you for $9 and put a prepackaged template about it.
Not exactly splitting the atom and i am left to wonder why is this not a link network and where's Matt Cutt’s on a company whose model is building doorway pages?

Which happens to be violating Google’s guidelines.
Google “your privacy is important to yodel”, which is the footprint left by their template privacy pages for those their clients.
